Warehouse Operative / Garment Printing Assistant
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and organised Warehouse Operative / Garment Printing Assistant to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role involving general warehouse duties, order fulfilment and garment printing.
The successful candidate will help ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and checking incoming deliveries to ensure goods are accurate and in good condition
- Putting stock away in the correct locations
- Organising and processing customer returns
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Printing order and shipping labels
- Printing and applying logos and designs to garments
- Preparing garments and products for dispatch
- Carrying out regular stock takes and assisting with stock control
- Operating a forklift safely, where required
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and tidy
- Sweeping, cleaning and maintaining warehouse floors and work areas
- Ensuring stock is stored safely and correctly
- Maintaining workplace health and safety standards at all times
- Reporting damaged stock, delivery discrepancies, equipment issues or safety concerns
- Assisting with other general warehouse duties as required
Skills and Experience

- Have good attention to detail
- Be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Be comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
- Have good organisational skills
- Be able to carry out physical and manual handling tasks associated with warehouse work
- Take pride in maintaining a clean and organised workplace
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Previous warehouse or garment printing experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as training can be provided. Forklift experience and a valid forklift licence would be an advantage.
