About the Role
We are looking for motivated and results-driven Student Recruitment Agents to join our team and help recruit students for university admissions.
This is a commission-based opportunity, ideal for individuals who have experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, sales, marketing, or who already have strong networks with prospective students.
As a Student Recruitment Agent, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective students, promoting university study opportunities, supporting applicants through the admissions process, and actively converting enquiries into successful student enrolments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit prospective students interested in university education.
- Promote available university courses and admission opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students.
- Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, outreach and other recruitment activities.
- Support students throughout the application and admissions process.
- Follow up with prospective students to maximise conversions.
- Meet agreed student recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and applications.
- Represent the university and organisation professionally at all times.
