Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Night Manager to oversee our campsite and private rooms during the evening and early part of the night. This role is vital in ensuring our guests enjoy a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience. The successful applicant will join a friendly team, who love the area where they live and work.
Hours
Usually 4pm til late (11pm min)
Staffing is organised by rota, and will include some weekend work.
Responsibilities
- Supervise arrivals across the campsite and private rooms.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with team members to manage check-ins, check-outs, and security procedures.
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure the security of all guests and facilities during the shift.
- Handle guest enquiries or complaints with tact and efficiency.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are upheld throughout the premises.
- Keep detailed records of nightly activities and report any incidents to management.
Experience & Qualifications
- No specific qualifications required.
- Proven experience in hotel and/or hospitality showing customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently during the later part of the day.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and security protocols.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and guest needs.
