We’re looking for a motivated and responsible Store Manager to lead our Oricha Birmingham store.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations
- Lead, train and motivate the team
- Manage staff rotas, stock and ordering
- Maintain high standards of drinks, service and hygiene
- Monitor store performance and control costs
- Handle customer issues and ensure a great customer experience
Requirements
- Management experience in the F&B industry is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Responsible, organised and hands-on
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage
- Flexible to work weekends and busy periods
