Cleaning Operative (Driver Required)
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our growing team covering Leeds, West Yorkshire, and occasional nationwide opportunities.
This is a varied role where you may work across multiple sites throughout the week, including office cleaning, cabin cleaning, hospitality venues, construction cleaning, and sickness/holiday cover when needed.
A full UK driving licence is essential, as travel between sites will be required.
Hours & Pay
- 26–30 hours per week
- Monthly pay
- Flexible working across weekdays, with some weekend shifts agreed in advance
Job Duties
- General cleaning of offices, welfare cabins, hospitality venues, construction sites, and commercial spaces
- Builders cleans, sparkle cleans, and site welfare cleaning
- Hoovering, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
- Cleaning toilets, kitchens, and communal areas
- Travelling between sites across Leeds and West Yorkshire
- Loading/unloading cleaning equipment and supplies when required
- Working independently or as part of a team
- Providing sickness and holiday cover at short notice when needed
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Previous cleaning experience
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, flexible, and hardworking
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable travelling to different locations
- CSCS card desirable but not essential
