The Role
Through delivering high quality drinks & cocktails in a fast-paced, fun environment, the bar team at Five Iron Golf play pivotal role in delivering the exceptional guest experience that is the hallmark of our venues.
Five Iron drink menus are a combination of classic and signature cocktails, plus artisan, local, and international beers, wines and spirits.
The bar team are expected to maintain extensive knowledge of both our food and beverage menus, alongside being able to assist guest on our technology and simulation products where necessary.
Five Iron Bartenders are engaging and outgoing personalities who are enjoy building relationships with colleagues and customers, offering recommendations that elevate their experience.

● Delivering high quality drinks & cocktails in a fast-paced environment.
● Maintain extensive knowledge of our food and beverage offering, answer questions and upsell products.
● Contribute new ideas for specials, cocktails, and promotions.
● Adhere to strict stock control procedures and act within company policy.
● Ensure the bar and all relevant areas of the business are clean and properly maintained.
● Follow all health & safety and legal regulation regarding food handling, alcohol service, and cleanliness
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our technology and be ready and willing to help guests in using our equipment.
● Proactively prioritize customer experience at every opportunity.

● Excellent communication skills
● Minimum one years’ experience at Bartender level
● Minimum six months cocktail experience
● Availability to be present in the space on evenings, weekends and public holidays
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Hourly Pay, Service Charge eligible
