HR and Recruitment Administrator
Location: Colchester
Hours: Monday–Friday | 9am–5pm

We are looking for a people-orientated, compassionate and proactive HR and Recruitment Administrator to join our growing team within 16–18 Supported Accommodation.
This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment,is confident with speaking with people , and understands the importance of safe recruitment, compliance and Ofsted standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process
- Conducting first-stage interviews & candidate screening
- Managing recruitment administration & staff records/schedule 1
- Posting and updating job adverts across platforms & LinkedIn
- Supporting onboarding, inductions & employee lifecycle processes
- Attending meetings, taking minutes & providing admin support
- Assisting with recruitment events and talent attraction initiatives
- Producing and managing monthly staff rotas across multiple supported accommodation homes, contacting staff regarding availability, sickness cover and additional shifts.
- Keeping up to date with UK Employment law and changes.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information appropriately in line with GDPR requirements
- Monitoring training expiry dates and booking refresher training when required
- Maintaining compliance within Ofsted / supported accommodation requirements

✔ Understanding of Ofsted and/or 16–18 supported accommodation preferred
