The Role:
You will be Joining our team at Sawbridgeworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, motivated individual to join a highly effective, growing, fast-moving business and to take responsibility for a store as if it was their own, driving sales, delivering exceptional standards, motivating and training a new team.
Experience:
Cycle shop experience preferred with a knowledge of cycle mechanics
Can calmly work under pressure and to successfully manage and control standards, systems, and processes to a very high level.
Experience in time management and development.
Demonstrate being able to work to deadlines, and grow a business.
Delivering Sales Targets.
Have a hands-on, can do approach and mentality.
An interest or knowledge of cycling and bike maintenance is essential.

We are committed to on-going training to ensure that you can be the best you can be and pride ourselves on the continuation of the development of each of our team members.
We are a seven day a week business. If successful, you will need to be able to work weekends and bank holidays.
