We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Yard Labourer to join our busy operations team at our Danbury site. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established business where you'll play an important role in keeping our yard, warehouse and production areas operating safely and efficiently.
The Role
Working as part of our yard team, you'll help maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment while supporting the day-to-day operation of the business.
The role is varied and hands-on, with opportunities to gain experience across different areas of the yard and production facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining the yard, storage sheds and mill areas.
- Collecting and disposing of waste and recyclable materials.
- Keeping work areas clean, safe and well organised.
- Assisting with general yard duties as required.
- Supporting the mill team, including feeding machinery where appropriate.
- Following all health and safety procedures and company policies.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
- 30-minute paid morning break. 45-minute unpaid lunch break.
- Total working week: 38.75 hours.
