Event Staff
We are looking to recruit fun, enthusiastic, experienced front-of-house staff with great interpersonal skills to join our team at Planet Ice for our events. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers as they arrive
- To assist in taking orders and serving food and beverages to customers in our cafe, Ice servery area and across our multiple bars
- Working effectively with other team members to serve food and beverages to the customers and to ensure the smooth operation of the café facilities
- To ensure customers and visitors feel welcome at all times
- Making sure tables are clean and tidy
- Ensuring and products are stocked up
- Making sure customers enjoy their experience and receive an outstanding first impression at Planet Ice.
- What really matters is that you are a hard working individual who is willing to help and support your team. Excellent communication skills are a must too, plus plenty of energy, enthusiasm and a passion for providing a superb customer experience. Full training will be provided in all aspects of the role.

Availability: The Majority of working hours will be over the weekends. You must be available on Saturdays and Sundays to apply for this position.
