Location: Denbigh Office (with travel to our other North Wales offices as required)
Swayne Johnson Solicitors is seeking a motivated, organised and reliable individual to join our team on a summer contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within a busy legal practice while playing an important role in the organisation and management of our client files.
About the Role
The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for assisting with the archiving of confidential client files across the firm. This is a significant project and requires someone who is methodical, trustworthy and able to work accurately with sensitive information.
The role will also include providing reception and administrative support when required, including covering reception, welcoming clients, and answering and directing telephone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Archiving confidential client files in accordance with firm procedures.
- Using our case management system (LEAP) to assist with the archiving process (full training will be provided).
- Ensuring confidential information is handled securely and accurately at all times.
- Travelling to our six North Wales/Cheshire offices to carry out archiving duties as required.
- Providing reception cover during staff absences or busy periods.
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as required.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Be trustworthy and understand the importance of confidentiality.
- Have good IT skills and be comfortable learning new software.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Be flexible and willing to travel between our six offices when required.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle (preferred).
