We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team at Tophskis. As one of our well-established and busy kitchens, we're looking for someone who's passionate about great food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to support our Head Chef in leading a strong, motivated team.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef, or an experienced Chef de Partie ready to take the next step.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to lead by example and motivate a team in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.
- A passion for producing high-quality food with consistency.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A calm, professional approach under pressure.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Food Safety qualifications are desirable.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team while maintaining high standards at all times.
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Ensure food hygiene, health and safety procedures, and kitchen cleanliness are always maintained.
- Assist with stock ordering, stock control, and minimising waste.
- Train, develop, and support junior members of the team.
- Step into the Head Chef's role when required to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
