Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and relay them efficiently to kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including assembling dishes or replenishing supplies
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables or guests during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations to uphold hygiene standards
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with serving techniques and guest service principles enhances performance
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures is advantageous
- Basic math skills are necessary for processing payments accurately

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
