This is not purely a checklist or reporting role. You will also complete minor repairs and adjustments where appropriate, and provide practical support to our Mobile Plant Engineers during busy periods, annual leave, or periods of operational pressure.
You will be trusted to manage your own workload, make informed technical decisions and represent PlantFix professionally. You will have the independence of working for yourself, without the financial risk, paperwork or uncertainty.
What Makes PlantFix Different?
Weekly salary payments, with no waiting until month-end.
Door-to-door pay from the start to the end of your working day.
A salaried position, providing security if customer demand temporarily slows.
No unnecessary workshop duties simply to fill quieter periods.
Freedom to manage your workload, vehicle, equipment and stock.
Trust to use your experience and professional judgement.
Direct access to our technical and operational teams when additional support is needed.
The opportunity to influence our inspection processes, reporting standards and future growth.

Complete minor repairs, adjustments and remedial work where safe and appropriate.
Support Mobile Plant Engineers with servicing, breakdowns and repairs when required.
Liaise with customers, manufacturers, dealers, engineers and the wider PlantFix team.
Maintain your vehicle, tooling, inspection equipment, stock and calibration records.
Represent PlantFix professionally at every customer site.
Work with the Divisional Director and wider Tyrefix Group to improve technical standards and inspection processes.
