Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of the English language and a commitment to fostering a love for literature and communication among students. This role requires creativity, patience, and the ability to engage students in a dynamic learning environment.
Duties

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.

Teach English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening, in an interactive manner.

Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their development.

Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.

Incorporate technology and multimedia resources into lessons to enhance learning experiences.

Foster critical thinking and analytical skills through discussions of literature and writing exercises.

Maintain open communication with parents regarding student performance and classroom activities.

Experience

A degree in English, Education, or a related field is essential.

Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory; newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students of all ages.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in lesson planning and assessment.
