Eco FM Ltd maintain a portfolio of properties across the West Midlands including Retail Parks, Industrial Estates, Residential & Office Blocks, Industrial Estate and M.O.D. sites.
We are looking to employ a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a small motivated team who are empowered to use their own initiative. The role will be based out of our Worcester Unit/office with daily travel to our sites across the midlands.
The role includes;
Undertaking all aspects of grounds maintenance and landscaping duties across our sites.
Soft Landscaping
- Grass Cutting
- Strimming
- Weeding
- Hedge Cutting
- Pruning
- Planting
Hard Landscaping & General Building:
- Groundwork
- Slabbing
- Paving
- Fencing
- Bricklaying
- Turfing
- Painting
- Jet Washing
- and various reactive repair tasks.
About the Role:
- The job is a full-time role.
- 40 Hours a week (Plus paid overtime)
- £13.00-£14.50 per hour based on experience
- Monday to Friday, with varying start and finish times. (Usual Hours are 7.30-15.30)
- 28 days Holiday (Including Bank Holidays)
- Driving License is essential - No more than 6 points
- You will be required to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- All equipment and PPE will be provided.
Desired Qualifications
- Safe use of pesticides - PA1 & PA6
- Certificates of competence for grounds maintenance equipment.
- Chainsaw CS30/31
- Towing
