As our business continues to expand internationally, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Operations Support Executive to join our close-knit team.

The Role
As our Operations Support Executive, you’ll help keep the business running smoothly by supporting our customers, coordinating operations and working closely with colleagues across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records within our systems.
· Coordinating the supply of equipment with vessels, customers and shore-based teams across the globe.
· Supporting customer enquiries and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
· Assisting with business development activities and helping identify new opportunities.
· Preparing invoices and working closely with our bookkeeper and accountants.
· Supporting operational projects and helping improve internal processes.
· Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure the successful delivery of our services.
No two days will be the same, and your contribution will make a real difference to the continued success of Fathom Safety.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
· A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
· Positive, proactive and eager to learn.
· Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
· A team player who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
· Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
· Previous experience in administration, customer service, operations or business support is desirable but not essential.
· A full UK Driving License and Passport are required as travel both nationally and internationally will be a feature of this role.
