Job Description: Plant & Tool Hire Driver
Do you enjoy being on the road and providing excellent customer service? Are you a reliable driver with a clean license and towing experience?
Smart Plant & Tool Hire Ltd, a new and innovative Plant & Tool Hire company based in Liverpool and is seeking a motivated and professional driver to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the safe and timely delivery and collection of our equipment to customer sites, ensuring projects run smoothly.
What you'll do:
- Deliver and collect a wide range of plant and tools to customers across the North West
- Securely load, unload, and operate tail-lifting equipment (experience preferred)
- Conduct pre-delivery checks to ensure vehicle and equipment are roadworthy
- Maintain a clean driving record and comply with all traffic regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client
What you'll bring:
- A valid UK Manual HGV Class C (or equivalent) driving license with a clean record
- Must have experience towing trailers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Heavy lifting where required
