We’re looking for an energetic Retail Sales Assistant to represent clients from different sectors at pop-ups, venues and promotional locations across Manchester.
This is not a traditional shop-floor position. It’s an active, customer-facing sales role where you’ll introduce products and services, build rapport and help deliver successful client campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Starting friendly, confident customer conversations
- Understanding individual needs
- Presenting relevant products, services and campaign offers
- Answering questions and handling objections professionally
- Supporting customer acquisition and digital account sign-ups
- Representing client brands to a high standard
- Working towards individual and team sales goals
- Learning how campaigns are delivered and improved
- Taking part in daily briefings, coaching and sales workshops
Who We’re Looking For
Previous sales experience is helpful, but it isn’t essential. This Retail Sales Assistant role could suit someone from retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions or another people-focused background.
You’ll need to be:
- Confident, approachable and motivated
- Comfortable working towards targets
- Quick to learn and open to coaching
- Reliable, positive and professional
- Happy working on your feet in busy locations
- Available full-time across Manchester campaign venues
