Summary
We are looking for a motivated and patient-focused Pharmacist Manager (ideally an Independent Prescriber) to lead our pharmacy team, oversee the day-to-day running of the pharmacy and continue developing our growing service offering. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who is passionate about community healthcare, service development, and delivering high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day running of the pharmacy
- Deliver safe and efficient dispensing services
- Clinical consultations and prescribing led services
- Lead and support the pharmacy team
- Provide NHS and private pharmacy services
- Support and introduce new clinical services where appropriate.
- Build strong relationships with patients and provide a welcoming, community-focused approach.
- Ensure compliance with GPhC, NHS and company SOPs.
- Maintain accurate records, stock control and safe pharmacy practices.
- Work collaboratively with local GP surgeries and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC.
- Previous experience in community pharmacy
- Confident and approachable
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Passion for patient care and service delivery.
- Vaccination and service accreditation desirable.
Pay: £45,000.00-£62,000.00 per year
