Early Years Teacher
We’re looking for a passionate, creative and committed Full Time Early Years Teacher to join our friendly nursery team. This role is perfect for someone who loves seeing children thrive, enjoys working in a busy early‑years environment, and brings fresh ideas to high‑quality practice.
About the Role
As our Early Years Teacher, you will:
- Lead inspiring learning experiences that spark curiosity and support children’s development.
- Champion high‑quality interactions, modelling excellent practice for the team.
- Plan engaging activities that reflect children’s interests, developmental needs and next steps.
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families.
- Work closely with room leaders and practitioners to maintain a nurturing, inclusive environment.
- Contribute to observations, assessments and curriculum planning.
What We’re Looking For

- Hold QTS or an EYTS.
- Have strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
- Are confident in leading practice and supporting colleagues.
- Bring enthusiasm, creativity and a positive, professional attitude.
