We are seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service & Office Administrator to join our team in Blackburn on a part-time basis. The role combines inbound and outbound customer calls, appointment booking, and general office administration duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Make outbound calls to customers and follow up on leads
- Book and manage appointments accurately
- Maintain and update customer records and CRM systems
- Provide general administrative support to the office team
- Process customer information and documentation
- Assist with day-to-day office operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, telesales, or office administration
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and reliability
