As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services while ensuring an enjoyable experience for our clients. Duties
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet clients' needs.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the salon.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on hairstyles and products.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Collaborate with the store management team to ensure smooth salon operations.
Requirements
- Valid hairdressing qualification and relevant experience in a salon environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in barbering is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- A passion for mentoring others and contributing positively to a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including Saturday
