Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
- Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all logistics are coordinated effectively
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Support invoicing and billing processes through QuickBooks and other accounting tools
- Handle general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies
- Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and workflows
Skills
- Proven office experience with a solid understanding of administrative functions
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), and QuickBooks
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Demonstrated clerical experience with attention to detail
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with data management systems and general office equipment
