Senior Finance Business Partner – London / South East (Hybrid)
£70,000 – £75,000 + benefits | 4 days on‑site, 1 day WFH

We are now hiring a Senior Finance Business Partner to support our London and South East operators. This is a senior, visible role working closely with Managing Directors and operational leaders, shaping financial performance and supporting long‑term growth.

The Role
You will lead regional finance activity, guide a small finance team and act as the key commercial partner for our operators. Your work will ensure clarity, accuracy and strong financial control across multi‑site transport operations.
You will:
- Partner with operational leaders to explain performance, costs and contract profitability
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
- Deliver accurate month end reporting, KPIs and commentary
- Strengthen governance, controls and balance sheet integrity
- Support tenders, investment proposals and strategic decisions
- Drive process improvements and smarter ways of working
This is a hands on, relationship driven role where your ability to communicate clearly and influence confidently matters as much as your technical capability.
What You Bring
- Strong experience in commercial finance, management accounting or business partnering
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and operational teams
- Experience leading or developing finance colleagues
- Excellent reporting, budgeting and forecasting skills
- A proactive, improvement‑focused mindset
- Experience in transport, logistics or multi‑site operations is helpful but not essential
