We are currently recruiting a full time Lead Practitioner for ourbusy Early Learners Room (3-5 years).
Successful candidates must meet the following essential criteria:
- A fun, motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working as part of a team.
- You will have experience working with a range of children's needs, including implementing and overseeing strategies as per individual learning plans.
- Experience and knowledge of working with the Curriculum for Excellence and other national guidelines.
- Professionally, work along side our local authority and attend planning meeting when necessary.
- You will be able to: observing, planning and tracking childrens progress accordingly and to a high standard.
- Overseeing a staff team of 3-5 to ensure that the needs of the children are met. You will be proud to mentor your team and develop processes inline with continuous improvement.
- You will be genuinely happy to work in your playroom in this room-based position.

Team working skills and demonstration of initiative is essential. Successful applicants will have SVQ level 3/HNC and above or equivalent and knowledge of Curriculum for Excellence/Pre-birth to three/Realising the Ambition.
Applicants will be subject to SSSC, PVG and reference checks.
- We are particularly keen to hear from enthusiastic and well-motivated applicants who have a strong interest in outdoor play and Forest Schools learning.
Pay: £27,000.00-£29,500.00 per year
