Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to lead our dynamic food service team. Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient food production and service delivery
- Lead and motivate a team of servers, our cook, bartenders, and support staff to achieve service excellence
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and consistency
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Manage customer interactions, address concerns promptly, and enhance overall guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to optimize food flow, presentation, and timely delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in accordance with health and safety standards
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff members
- Restaurant experience including food preparation, cooking, serving, and hospitality operations
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and food production processes
- Familiarity with kitchen operations with hotel or barista experience being a bonus
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in managing food service teams in fast-paced environments
