Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, surfaces, utensils, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients under supervision.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff with ingredient organization and stock replenishment to ensure smooth service flow.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools efficiently while adhering to health and safety standards.
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed diligently.
- Help with setting up dining areas or serving stations when needed to support restaurant or hotel service operations.
- Follow all health and safety regulations meticulously to maintain a safe working environment for everyone.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues.
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks such as lifting or moving items.

Pay: £12.71-£20.15 per hour
