Locations: Shaftesbury & Gillingham, Dorset
Salary: Up to £36,400 per year (pro rata for part-time) non-leadership rate
Hours: Full-time and Part-time available
Flying Start Nurseries are looking for caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to join our growing team.
Our nurseries are based in beautifully restored Edwardian homes, creating a calm, welcoming environment where children and staff feel supported and valued.

The Role
You will:
- Provide high-quality care and education
- Support children’s learning and development
- Create a safe and nurturing environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Follow safeguarding and nursery policies
Requirements
- Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification preferred
- Maths and English Grade 5/C or above
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for Early Years education
