We're looking for an exceptional Luxury Membership Closer who thrives on high-value conversations and can confidently convert qualified prospects into long-term members.
This is not a cold-calling role.
Our Business Development team generates and qualifies leads—you step in once prospects have expressed genuine interest.
The Opportunity
As a Luxury Membership Closer, your role is simple:
Close deals.
You'll conduct discovery calls, understand each client's lifestyle and requirements, demonstrate the value of Life of Riley Official, overcome objections, and confidently secure memberships ranging from £10,000 to £25,000+.
You'll be speaking with entrepreneurs, executives, celebrities, athletes, business owners, family offices and affluent individuals who value exceptional service and exclusivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled consultations with qualified prospects.
- Understand each client's lifestyle, travel and business requirements.
- Present the value of Life of Riley Official's membership offering.
- Build trust and develop lasting client relationships.
- Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Convert qualified prospects into members.
- Maintain accurate CRM records following every consultation.
- Work closely with the Business Development team and Commercial Director.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a proven track record of closing high-value sales.
- Is confident engaging with affluent and professional clients.
- Possesses exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Excels in consultative selling.
- Builds rapport quickly and naturally.
- Is ambitious, self-motivated and target-driven.
- Maintains professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
- Is comfortable working remotely and managing their own workload.
- Has experience using CRM systems.
Experience within luxury, hospitality, private aviation, automotive, real estate, finance, concierge or other premium service industries would be advantageous but is not essential.
