Position: Production Operatives
Location: Buckie
Shifts: Day Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) or Back Shift (2:30 PM - 10:30 PM)
Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour, with overtime paid at x1.5 after 40 hours.

About Us
We are a multi-site business specialising in producing a variety of high-quality Scottish salmon and seafood products, which we supply to retailers both in the UK and internationally. Due to our ongoing growth, we are looking to recruit Production Operatives to strengthen our production teams. These roles will provide essential support in meeting sales demands and ensuring that product specifications are maintained.

About the Role
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for slicing, cutting, packing, and dispatching our seafood products. You will also support the value-adding processes across the production lines. Successful applicants should be prepared to meet the physical demands of the role, which involves substantial manual handling and dexterity. We are looking for hardworking and cooperative individuals who take pride in ensuring the highest quality of our products.
