Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Window & Door Installer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the installation of high-quality uPVC and aluminium windows, doors, bi-folds, French doors, and other glazing products to both residential and commercial properties.
The successful candidate will take pride in their workmanship, provide excellent customer service, and ensure every installation is completed to the highest standard.
Duties
- Install uPVC, aluminium, and composite windows and doors.
- Install bi-fold doors, French doors, patio doors, and roof glazing where required.
- Remove existing frames and prepare openings for installation.
- Ensure all installations are level, secure, weatherproof, and compliant with manufacturer specifications and current Building Regulations.
- Complete finishing works, including trims, sealants, and making good where necessary.
- Work safely and maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Complete installation paperwork and report any issues promptly.
- Load and unload materials and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience installing windows and doors.
- Good knowledge of uPVC and aluminium systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- CSCS Card (preferred but not essential).
