Full Time Orthodontic Practice Manager Required
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental/Orthodontic Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our orthodontic practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills. This role is vital in ensuring the practice runs smoothly, providing excellent patient care while also managing financial and human resources effectively.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all administrative functions of the dental practice, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Oversee human resources tasks, including recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
- CQC Registered Manager-maintain regulatory compliance and ongoing CQC readiness
- Strong understanding of practice level financials, including revenue drivers, cost control, and budget oversight
- Confident, credible leadership style with the ability to motivate, challenge and develop others
- Experience handling people matters including performance improvement, absence management, and team development
Experience
- Previous experience in dental practice management is essential.
- Proven track record in supervising teams and managing operational processes effectively.
- Strong understanding of human resources practices, including employee relations and compliance.
- Previous experience in UDA/UOA management and driving forward private revenue
- Strong understanding of KPIs, performance management, and commercial targets
- Strong understanding of practice level financials, including revenue drivers, cost control, and budget oversight
- Confident, credible leadership style with the ability to motivate, challenge and develop others
- Experience handling people matters including performance improvement, absence management, and team development and patient complaint
- Organised, structured, and solutions focused, with consistent follow through
