Trio-Tronics Manufacturing UK Ltd is an electronics manufacturing and assembly business producing equipment for customers in the UK and internationally.
We are seeking two reliable and practical Production Operatives to support our production team during a period of increased workload.
Applicants with previous manufacturing or assembly experience are preferred, although entry-level applicants with a practical approach and a willingness to learn will also be considered. Training will be provided where required.
Role Overview
The role involves assembly, testing, packing and general production duties to help ensure customer orders are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality and delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble equipment and components in accordance with work instructions.
- Carry out basic testing and quality checks.
- Pack and prepare finished products for dispatch.
- Assist with stock handling and the movement of materials.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area.
- Follow company procedures and health and safety requirements.
- Work as part of the production team to achieve daily output targets.
- Carry out other reasonable production duties as required.
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual and able to maintain consistent attendance.
- Good attention to detail.
- Practical and comfortable carrying out hands-on work.
- Able to follow instructions and work to defined quality standards.
- Willing to learn and develop new skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Authorised to work in the UK.
Desirable but Not Essential
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production assembly or warehouse work.
- Experience using basic hand and power tools.
- Experience working to daily production targets.
- Experience with basic product testing or quality inspection.
