- Coordinating meetings and governance documentation
- Organising pitch bookings and raising invoices
- Supporting club finances and day-to-day administration

You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Love being organised and keeping things running efficiently
- Can work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Enjoy supporting people and being part of a community organisation
- Care about grassroots sport
Experience with membership systems (such as Pitchero), bookkeeping/Xero or sports club administration would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
Why join us?
- Flexible hours that fit around your life
- Primarily home-based working
- A rewarding role supporting a thriving local community Club
- Friendly, passionate volunteers and committee members
- Opportunity to help shape how the Club grows over the coming years
