Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve a variety of teas, beverages, and light food items with precision and care
- Assist in food preparation tasks, ensuring all offerings meet food safety standards
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the serving area
- Support the setup and cleanup of the tea room, including replenishing supplies and maintaining hygiene protocols
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience by offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to catering, food handling, and hospitality practices
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards is essential
- Experience in barista roles is preferred but training can be provided.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic food preparation skills with attention to detail
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about food service operations
