Cleaning is Churchill’s largest long-established business area and as a Duty Manager you will have the all-important duty of enhancing our clients’ spaces. The role of Duty Manager will support the Account Management Team by ensuring the sites and business units are supervised efficiently and effectively and that the specified cleaning standards are met and maintained to a high level. You’ll be part of a friendly team, all working together to create outstandingly clean and safe environments that make our clients happy.
As Duty Manager you’ll be:
- Taking an active role in training new team members to motivate and develop your team, completing regular audits and client meetings.
- Support in the scheduling of periodic cleaning and ensuring completion to a high standard and in accordance to the contracted KPIs
- To supervise employees to ensure specified cleaning and work standards are maintained at all times, highlighting any issues to the Account Manager Team.
- Liaising with Account Manager Team to ensure that the correct cleaning materials and equipment are used.
- Adhering to all Health and Safety Legislation, as laid down by the Company.
As Duty Manager you’ll have:
- Previous Supervisory experience preferably within the cleaning industry, however, not essential.
- Experienced in providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience of working within a client facing environment.
- Live within commuting distance of the site and able to travel to other local sites as requested by the account manager team
- Able and willing to work unsocial hours as necessary.
