Mobile High Level Cleaning Technician (Regional)
Job Reference for Zone: Specialist Cleaning Department
Salary: £32,250.00
Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri 06:30 - 14:30 40 hours a week
Reporting to: Area Manager
Job Purpose:
To carry out high and low level window cleaning works at various retail, commercial and industrial sites to a pre-determined standards and specification in an efficient, professional and cost-effective manner whilst complying with the laid-down Company Health and Safety policy.
Principal Accountabilities
· To always represent the company in a professional manner and develop a good working relationship with the NIC/Sainsburys regional & store teams.
· Responding promptly and positively to complete to conduct INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL WINDOW CLEANING to the clients and employers specification.
· To complete JET WASHING TASKS within the agreed time frames and as specification by site.
· Ensuring all tools and equipment necessary to complete PCT are always available and serviceable.
· Attending training courses as and when necessary.
· Always Complying with the company Health and Safety Policy.
· Work with NIC and Clients colleagues to ensure laid-down standards of quality are always maintained.
· Complying with any other reasonable request or instruction from the NIC management team.
Job Description
Typical Duties of a High-Level Cleaning Technician (HLCT)
The following is a typical but not exhaustive list of duties that will be expected to carry out by a HLCT.
High Level Cleaning Technician
The HLCT is expected to carry out high and low level WINDOW CLEANING AND JET WASHING TASKS as detailed within the agreed specification, which will include for some internal and external high and low level cleaning task as maybe required depending on site specific requirements. All tasks are to be completed within the agreed time frames and specification.
Reactive tasks to be completed by HLCT
· As and when required a HLCT maybe required to attend a site to support other works that require cleaning task both high and low level, based on the clients requirements and may require the colleague to travel outside of their normal geographical area, if this is requested hotel costs would be covered by the employer and agreed in advance.
Special Features
· High degree of flexibility in working hours (Working any 5 days in 7) Monday – Friday including early starts, etc.
· Nature of the role may require the jobholder to work outside normal working and agreed contract hours and location.
· Smart and tidy appearance
· The individual must be IT literate
· The individual must be able to complete/compile clear written documentation associated or maybe associated to the position and va the use of NIC telephone apps.
· Effective communication with all members of the NIC Management Team.
· The must be able to work at height.
· The colleague must be and able to work away from home as and required and as the business demands.
· Ideally the successful will have commercial and industrial WINDOW CLEANING experience.
Qualifications
· The successful candidate ideally will have a valid IPAF 3a/3b, and have window cleaning and pressure washing experience will be beneficial.
· Must have a full UK driving licence.
· Ideally hold a valid IPAF harness user (HU certificate)
· NOTE – Qualifications as detailed are preferred but not essential as training will be available.

· Achievement of PPM schedule (If applicable) within agreed timescales
