Toomey Leasing Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of MJT Securities Ltd. The Leasing Group operates from offices based in Basildon, Derby, Chester & Salisbury and can offer a local service with hands on account management to fleet operators of 10+ vehicles nationally. We have a wealth of experience within the vehicle leasing industry complimented by a portfolio of consultancy and fleet management services.
We are actively recruiting for a full-time Customer Booking Advisor to work in the vehicle maintenance team, based at our Derby Office.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the booking process for vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Liaise directly with customers, via phone and email, to ensure that requests are completed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance, servicing and repair appointments using our dealer management software.
- Make follow up calls to ensure the customer is aware of any changes or updates.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely management reports.
Skills & Experience required
- Excellent communication skills including good telephone manner.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Confident with digital platforms and good IT skills.
The hours will be Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm with half hour unpaid lunch
23 days holiday – plus Bank Holidays
Salary: £26k+ OTE, dependant on experience
