Job Description
We are looking for a creative, confident and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator to join our team in Harrow.
This is a fully onsite role and would ideally suit someone based in Harrow or the surrounding areas who has a passion for social media, photography, videography and digital content creation.
You will work closely with our team and digital marketing team to capture engaging content from our training centre and turn everyday activities, learner experiences and events into content for social media and digital advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Take high-quality photos and videos during training sessions, events and other activities
Create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other social platforms
Record short-form videos, Reels, testimonials and promotional content
Interview learners and trainers to capture testimonials, experiences and educational content
Confidently approach and communicate with learners to encourage participation in content
Capture suitable video footage and photographs for paid social media advertisements
Liaise closely with our digital marketing team regarding content requirements, ideas and upcoming campaigns
Support the production and editing of social media and advertising content
Help plan creative shoots and identify opportunities for new content
Keep up with current social media trends and suggest fresh ideas
Ensure content represents the organisation in a professional and engaging way
Organise and manage captured photos and video footage for future use

You do not necessarily need years of professional experience. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, creativity and willingness to learn and grow.
The ideal candidate will:
Have good camera, photography and videography skills
Be confident taking both photographs and videos
Have good spoken and written English
Have excellent social and interpersonal communication skills
Be confident speaking with and interviewing different people
Be smart, presentable and professional
Be creative and comfortable suggesting new ideas
Understand the basics of social media content creation
Be reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Be eager to learn, develop and grow within the role
Be able to travel to our Harrow location for onsite work
Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or other editing software would be beneficial but is not essential if you are willing to learn.
Working Arrangement
This position is offered on a zero-hour contract, with working hours depending on training schedules, events and content requirements.
The role requires physical attendance at our Harrow training centre. It is not a remote content creation position.
