BangGaBangGa is a growing Korean restaurant serving fresh, made-to-order Korean comfort food.
We started as a small Christmas market stall, then opened our street food stall in Manchester city centre, and have now grown into our first restaurant. As a small independent business, every team member plays an important role in our success.

About the Role
This is a hands-on kitchen role and a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in hospitality.
No previous kitchen experience is required. Full training will be provided.
Most team members start by learning the foundations of kitchen operations before progressing to food preparation, cooking, and more responsibility within the business.
Your duties may include:
- Receiving and organising deliveries
- Lifting and moving stock
- Food preparation
- Assisting with cooking and food assembly
- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards
- Keeping workstations organised and well stocked
- Supporting different areas of the kitchen when required
This is a physically active role that involves standing for long periods, working at a fast pace, and carrying heavy items.

Applicants should be comfortable carrying out physically demanding work and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Weekend and Bank Holiday availability is required.
