Parliament Square Coffee is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to lead service during the launch of our new evening offering in late September.
Working closely with the management and kitchen teams, you’ll help establish high service standards, support the front-of-house team and ensure every evening runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
● Lead and support the front-of-house team during service
● Help launch and develop the new evening operation
● Deliver warm, professional customer service
● Coordinate opening, closing and service duties
● Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and hospitality
● Train, motivate and support team members
● Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
● Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with licensing requirements
● Monitor stock and help minimise waste
About you
● Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
● Strong knowledge of beer and wine
● Experience maintaining high standards during busy food and drink services
● Confident leadership and clear communication skills
● Calm, organised and hands-on approach
● Availability to work evenings and weekends
● Passion for hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences
● Reliable, punctual and able to provide suitable references
Experience launching a new evening concept, menu or service would be an advantage.
