Join Our Growing Property Management Team
We are looking for 2–3 reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to support our growing portfolio of serviced accommodation properties in Folkestone. Our mission is simple: deliver exceptional stays for every guest. To do this, we need cleaners who take pride in their work and understand that cleanliness and presentation are at the heart of a great guest experience. This is a flexible, self-employed opportunity with regular work available throughout the week, including weekends. Previous cleaning experience is ideal but not essential. Full training and support will be provided.
What You'll Be Doing
- Cleaning and preparing properties between guest stays
- Ensuring kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces are cleaned to a high standard
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness
- Making beds and setting up properties ready for guest arrivals
- Collecting fresh linen from our local linen storage location when required
- Restocking guest essentials and consumables
- Reporting maintenance issues, damages, or missing items
- Completing property checks before guest arrivals
- Taking photos/videos after cleans when requested
- Following cleaning checklists and company standards
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or contamination
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Ability to travel to properties in Folkestone and surrounding areas
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Smartphone access for communication and job updates
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within allocated timeframes
Desirable:
- Lives in Folkestone or surrounding areas e.g., Sandgate
- Experience cleaning Airbnb, serviced accommodation, hotels, holiday lets, or residential properties
- Own vehicle and driving licence

Job Types: Freelance, Zero hours contract, Self-employed
Pay: £12.15-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week
