Job Summary
Walker Engineering (Leeds) Ltd is a well-established, family-run subcontract engineering company based in LS12. We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Engineering Labourer to join our busy team.
Key Responsibilities:
- General workshop cleaning and maintenance
- Emptying swarf bins and general machine maintenance support
- Sawing and preparing stock materials for machining
- Assisting with loading parts on CNC machines
- Occasional driving and local deliveries
- Unloading delivery vehicles
- Supporting other workshop duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment is advantageous
- A practical, hands-on attitude and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Flexibility to support various tasks around the workshop
- A full UK driving licence
For vehicle insurance reasons, a minimum age of 25 is required.
