FT / PT Care Assistants Required

Duties
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote dignity and independence
- Support residents in engaging with activities and social interactions to enhance their well-being
- Help with feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met according to care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and update residents’ care plans regularly
- Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and families to ensure consistent and compassionate care delivery
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a secure environment for everyone in the care home
Experience
- Previous experience working in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members
- Basic IT skills for maintaining accurate records and updating care plans electronically
- A caring attitude combined with excellent interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with residents and colleagues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment
