The Role
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality aluminium glazing systems while maintaining excellent standards of safety, quality and productivity.
Working as part of a dedicated production team, you will contribute to delivering products that meet both company and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture aluminium glazing systems to company quality standards.
- Cut, machine and assemble aluminium glazing products.
- Follow manufacturing drawings, work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operate machinery and hand tools safely.
- Complete production tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Record and book completed work using company procedures.
- Move products and materials safely within the production area.
- Work towards daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards.
- Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties requested by Management.
What We're Looking For

- Must be comfortable lifting up to 25kg individually or as part of team.
Desirable
- Previous manufacturing or production experience.
- Experience using powered and manual hand tools or machinery.
- Knowledge of aluminium fabrication (advantageous but not essential).
Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Hours of work 7.30am-4pm (Mon-Fri)
Pay: From £13.45 per hour
