Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The successful candidate will provide professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and specialised nail treatments, ensuring clients receive exceptional care in a welcoming environment. Duties
- Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, BIAB, nail art .
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment by sanitising tools and workstations regularly.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable nail services or colour choices.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and addressing client queries or concerns.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in nail artistry and beauty treatments.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times.
- Promote retail products related to nail care and beauty when appropriate.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a salon environment.
- Proficiency in makeup application is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Fluency in English is required for clear communication with clients and team members.
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high-quality results and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends or evenings if required.
