We are seeking a passionate and reliable A-Level Biology Tutor to deliver 1 lesson per week to learners at our education centre.
This is a part-time role, ideal for qualified tutors or teachers looking to supplement their income with a consistent and rewarding position.
The students in the class will be studying in preparation for AS/A-Level Biology. The class will not be board specific (not specifically AQA/Edexcel etc.).
The students in the class are studying elsewhere fulltime, and are here for supplementary education.
Timing:
Tuesday: 18:00-20:00
You will teach 1 Hour of AS (Year 1) & 1 Hour of A2 (Year 2).
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic progress.
- Ability to commit weekly for the entire academic year.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Tutor or Teacher.
- Strong understanding of educational principles and practices.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
