SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly qualified Consultant Psychiatrist with an American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification on behalf of a leading healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will provide expert psychiatric care, assess and manage patients with a wide range of mental health conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based psychiatric services while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with various psychiatric conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, and other mental health concerns.

Develop personalized treatment plans, including medication management and therapeutic interventions where appropriate.

Provide comprehensive psychiatric consultations and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and international standards.

Participate in clinical improvement programs, medical education, and contribute to enhancing mental healthcare services.
Requirements

American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification in Psychiatry.

Eligibility for or active DHA, DOH, or MOH Consultant License.

Minimum 3–5 years of post-board/CCT experience as a Consultant Psychiatrist.

Strong clinical expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of psychiatric conditions.
