Footsteps Nursery based at the Oswestry Campus is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Room supervisor to join our professional team. The role will commence when all relevant checks have been undertaken in line with safer recruitment policies and procedures.
The successful candidates must hold a full and relevant Level 3 or above Child Care qualification with sufficient English to ensure the wellbeing of children in their care as stated in the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework 2024.
Previous experience of running a room and leading a team is desirable for the post but not essential as support and training will be offered. The candidate must have excellent communication and organisational skills.
